Fujifilm Holdings Corporation, more commonly known as Fuji or Fujifilm, is a world-renowned Japanese supplier of film and cameras for professional users and a number of other products and services. Headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, the company employs more than 35,274 people world.
The most prominent design of the Fuji logo was probably the “film box” logo which was introduced in 1980. Created by the famous brand consultancy Landor, it consisted of an unforgettable red hexagon emblem.
The current version of the Fujifilm logo carries a futuristic look and cleaner typographic treatment, featuring a sharp accent design in its center which typifies the company’s commitment and success in advanced technologies and materials. It was unveiled in November 2006.
